IGP-Cheddar de l’Île-aux-Grues

  • On November 13, 2015, the Committee performed a second meeting for the examination of the above request.
  • On October 15, 2015, the Committee performed the preliminary examination of the above request.
  • On July 7, 2015, the CARTV received the following file for examination : Demande de reconnaissance de l'IGP-Cheddar de l’Île-aux-Grues.

IGP-Vin du Québec

  • On December 3, 2015, the Audit Team appointed by the Committee for reviewing the file from a practical point of view forwarded its comments to the applicant organization, l’association des vignerons du Québec.
  • On Octobrer 14, 2015, the Committee performed the preliminary examination of the above request.
  • On June 16, 2015, the CARTV received the following file for examination: Demande de reconnaissance de l'IGP-Vin du Québec.

IGP-Maïs sucré de Neuville

  • On March 30, 2016, the CARTV forwarded to the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food of Quebec, the positive notice of recognition for this reserved designation and also a notice for the accreditation of Ecocert Canada as certification body.
  • On March 29, 2016, the CARTV took a positive notice of recognition for IGP-Maïs sucré de Neuville / Neuville Sweet Corn and a positive notice for accreditation of Ecocert Canada as certification body.
  • On July 22, 2015, the applicant, i.e. l’Association des producteurs de maïs sucré de Neuville, answered to the Board­.
  • On March 24, 2015, the Board made a recommandation to the applicant. This recommandation was recently sent to him.
  • On March 20, 2015, the Committee examined the comments received during the public consultation as well as the responses of the applicant organization. The Committee has advised the Board on a recommendation in relation to the reserved designation requested.
  • On February 6, 2015, the CARTV sent to the applicant organization, the Association des producteurs de maïs sucré de Neuville, comments received during the public consultation on the specification manual included in the application for recognition of the IGP-Maïs sucré de Neuville.
  • On September 23, 2014, the Audit Team appointed by the Committee for reviewing the file from a practical point of view forwarded its comments to the applicant organization, l’association des producteurs de maïs sucré de Neuville.
  • On April 15, 2014, the Committee performed the preliminary examination of the above request.
  • On January 21, 2014, the CARTV received the following file for examination : Demande de reconnaissance de l'IGP-Maïs de Neuville.

AST-Volaille Chantecler de tradition

  • On July 16, 2012, the Specificity Designations Committee examined the second version of the specifications manual.
  • On June 18, 2012, the CARTV received the amended specification manual for the Appellation de Spécificité Traditionnelle (AST) Volaille Chantecler de tradition.
  • On September 21, 2011, the Specificity Designations Committee performed the preliminary examination of the above request and ruled it admissible.
  • On July 4, 2011, the CARTV received the following file for examination : Demande de reconnaissance de l'Appellation de Spécificité Traditionelle (AST) Volaille Chantecler de tradition.

  • On April 7, 2016, the Committee performed a last meeting and gathered an Audit Team for reviewing the file from a practical point of view.
  • On December 10, 2015, the Committee performed a second meeting for the examination of this request.
  • On November 2, 2015, the Committee performed the preliminary examination of the above request.
  • On June 22, 2015, the CARTV received the following file for examination : Demande d’autorisation du terme valorisant « fromage fermier »
