Request form for the clearance of reserved designation products
Who must submit a request for the clearance of reserved designation products?
As soon as your certification is cancelled, you are no longer authorized to sell products bearing a reserved designation, including products that were duly certified prior to the certification end date.
In Québec, regulations provide for the possibility of selling off duly certified products, provided that an application is submitted to the CARTV.
Main eligibility criteria
For an application to be deemed admissible, the following conditions must be met:
- The withdrawal of certification must be voluntary on the part of the enterprise;
- The products covered by the application must not have been subject to any non-compliance identified by the certification body;
- All products covered by the application must appear on the most recent certificate.
Application process
- Complete the form below;
- The application will be directly forwarded to your certification body and to the CARTV;
- The CARTV will communicate its decision within a reasonable timeframe following receipt of a complete application.
Thank you! Your request has been forwarded to your certification bodie and will then be sent to CARTV for approval.
