When to file a complaint
If the service you received did not meet your expectations, you can file a complaint or express your dissatisfaction by filling out the following form. Regardless of the nature of your dissatisfaction, rest assured that our team will treat your complaint with consideration and empathy, and in complete confidentiality.
Your complaint may be directed at the professional conduct of personnel, including subcontractors, or at the conduct of members of the Board or of any of the Committees concerning their area of responsibility, or it may be a general complaint about the organization’s policy directions or operation.
Complaints are addressed to the President and CEO, who will ensure that they are dealt with in accordance with policies on managing complaints about the organization from outside, and on harassment, violence, discrimination, cyberbullying and civility in the workplace.
