If the service you received was not up to your expectations, you can express your dissatisfaction by filling out this form (which is NOT the same form as the one below, which is used for a complaint regarding a PRODUCT). Rest assured that our team will treat your complaint with consideration and empathy, and in complete confidentiality.
Complaint about the authenticity of a PRODUCT
If you think that a product carrying a reserved designation or added-value claim may not meet standards — because it is not certified by an accredited certification body, or because its labelling is inaccurate, or for any other reason — you can file a request for verification (a complaint).
The Conseil will check that the complaint is well-founded and receivable and, if so, will begin administrative procedures to have the non-compliance corrected. Your request will be treated confidentially. Please note that we do not follow-up with complainants personally.
